3. Client portal accounts

If you create a client portal account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Content and information in the portal (project status, requests, invoices) is provided for your reference and communication with our team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access if these terms are violated.

Specific project scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon separately between Coverline Systems and each client, outside of this website. Nothing on this website or in chatbot conversations constitutes a binding service agreement on its own.

The content, design, and branding of this website are the property of Coverline Systems and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Our website, chatbot, and portal are provided "as is." We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Coverline Systems is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of these tools.
